Creating a restriction to remove a product for orders prior to inactivating items

1. Log into lockdown

2. To remove item from pending orders navigate to residents -> restrictions

3. Create a restriction called Product removal and select save

4. Enable active and auto assign within the restriction main page

5. Place a zero value between the items that need to be removed when the orders post on the products tab
