How to configure a facility queue to allow an inmate to ONLY send messages to a lawyer

1. Log in to

2. Click on the messaging menu

3. Select the facility queue that is desired in the drop down (currently there is only one)

4. Search for and select a resident.

5. Now, the officer will need to click on My Account

6. Click on the messaging menu

7. Click on Approve Contacts

8. Search for the resident

9. Select the desired facility queue, (Default and Manually Approve for Contacts)

10. Select Load Contacts for a list of contacts the resident has attempted to email.

11. If nothing returns, the resident hasn't attempted to email anyone.
