Money was moved from the general lockdown account to phone time and needs to go back

1. Log into lockdown

2. Search for the inmate

3. In the Account screen select release

4. When prompted "are you sure?" select yes

5. Select none for the release or debit card and save

6. Reopen the inmate's account and proceed
